Refund/ Cancellation Policy

Refunds and exchanges are givin on a case by case basis. If there is an issue with your order please contact us at and we will do our best to accommodate and provide a fair resolution. 

All custom orders are non refundable. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Lost or stolen Claims can be made through your local USPS or other related shipping carrier. Tracking info is located in your email, but can be retained by emailing us your name and order number. If you wish to cancel an order please do so in a timely manner. We try to get orders out in the mail following business day to ensure fast delivery times unless custom or specified.

Fulfillment/ Shipping Policy

Orders typically go out in the mail within 1-3 business days of placing your order. some orders such as Custom may take up to 1-2 weeks or longer dependending on size and order details. All Customers will be notified via email their tracking info day of shipment. All customers will be notified of any delays or further time needed. We understand some of you order gifts. Please let us know if you need an item by a certain time frame. ships first class via USPS unless order requires otherwise.  Priority mail and other shipping options are available. Please contact us if you need expedited or special shipping.

First class packages typically arrive within 2-5 days of shipping, but may take longer due to certain circumstances. covid and weather may effect this. We can ship internationally! Please contact us if your order will be leaving the US.
