Do you make custom items?
Yes, I can make you a custom order, depending on your design. We can recreate most items or customize an already made item to your liking. We can also create items that are not listed on our site. Just send us a pic reference! Custom orders may have additional fees.
We have the right to turn down any custom order requests, or if too time consuming during busy times of the year. Please give us at least 2 weeks notice of needing the custom order or purchase something premade.

Do you accept returns?
As a small business that makes a lot of one-of-a-kind products, I do not accept returns or exchanges at this time.
If anything in your order is damaged once you receive it, please contact me and I'll help you!
What is your standard shipping process?
Processing time for orders can take up to 3 days, unless I am making you a custom product.
I ship USPS First Class, which takes 3-5 days for delivery in the US, and can take 2-12 weeks for international delivery. Priority Mail is chosen at check out. (Priority Mail Does Not put your order in the front of the line! It only guarantees faster delivery time.)
You will get a notification when your order is shipped.
Please check your address when checking out. I cannot help if you entered the wrong address during checkout and I already shipped your item.
International buyers are responsible for all customs and import taxes. I am not responsible for delays due to customs, holidays or covid, . Please keep in mind during holidays and this pandemic, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or delayed items. Tracking is always provided with order. If you are experiencing any issues with shipping you may contact me for further assistance, but all claims will be made with post office.
Do you do Wholesale or Consignment?

We currently offer bulk/ wholesale pricing on our 7x4 inch padded drawstring pipe bags (must order 10 or more to receive bulk pricing). We can also help stock your shelves with one of a kind items at bulk pricing. Mix N' Match products and prints. Email us your item requests for a quote. All Wholesale/ bulk orders are final.
What payment options do you accept?
We accept All Major Credit Cards at check out. We also accept offline payments at checkout. Such as Venmo, CashAPP, Zelle, PayPal. Items are not taken from inventory or shipped until fully paid.
